Bendy Bodies
Welcome! If you're flexible, hyper-mobile, have EDS, or experience chronic pain, you're not alone! Movement can be beneficial, but working with someone trained to understand your unique needs is crucial. Many fitness professionals, including yoga instructors, may lack the specific knowledge to support the hypermobile community effectively. As someone with hEDS, I deeply understand these challenges and have pursued additional training under experts in the field, ensuring you receive the best guidance possible.

"Have you ever wondered what a bendy body really is? People are curious about hyper-mobility, and I often hear, 'Why me?' My answer? 'You're special!' Embracing your unique flexibility is the first step to understanding and celebrating your body's capabilities." In fact being hyper mobile, actually can help in many situations. The key is to strenghten the muscles around your flexiable joints. That can be tricky, especially if you are dealing with chronic pain do to over stimulation of the joints themselves.
